Throughout the discussion, speakers explored why small bay has caught the eye of investors — and what they should understand about the emerging niche.
“This is not a passive investment and it shouldn’t be viewed as such,” advised Greek. “You have to be very hands-on.”
Panelists also emphasized the role of community connection, streamlined operations, AI and more toward achieving that end.
