A look at recent deals around New Jersey:

Multifamily

The Kislak Co. Inc. arranged an all-cash 1031 exchange for an 18-unit luxury residential building located at 1209 26th St. in North Bergen, , for $6.8 million. Senior Vice President Davis Briones marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the unnamed seller and procured the unnamed buyer.

Office

Vantage Commerce, affiliate of TCN Worldwide, arranged the sale of a freestanding office building located at 555 Blackwood-Clementon Road in Lindenwold, Camden County. Vice President and Partner Ken Richardson and Senior Advisor John Doss represented the seller. Vantage did not disclose the buyer, seller or purchase price.

Newmark Associates arranged a lease for 18,000 square feet for Ned Homes Inc. at 695 Roue 46 in Fairfield, Essex County. Exclusive brokers for the building Managing Director Helene Elbaum and Vice President Jeannette Melillo represented both tenant and landlord.

Larken Associates arranged a 3,151-square-foot lease at Parsippany Commons at 3219 route 46 E. in Parsippany, Morris County on behalf of Vital Care of Morristown, a franchise of Vital Care Infusion Services. Executive vice president of Larken Associates’ Commercial Division represented the tenant. JLL Executive Vice President Jon Compitello represented ownership.

Industrial

Sheldon Gross Realty arranged a lease for 5,500 square feet of space at a light industrial shop located at 116 South St. in Garwood, Union County. President Marcy Gross and Vice President Eric Weston represented the tenant, PuroClean.

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. arranged the sale of a 50,400-square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution center located at 80 Executive Ave. in Edison, , for $18.2 million. NAIDB Principal Robert DiLeo, Vice President Kyle Gerace, Associate Vice President Robert DiLeo and Vice President Chris Chiusolo negotiated the sale on behalf of buyer Fujipoly America LLC, from seller Menlo Executive Associates LLC

Finance

JLL arranged acquisition financing on behalf of borrower BGO for Millstone 8 Logistics Center, a 997,965-square-foot, fully leased industrial property located at 8 Logistics Park located at 505 Route 33 in Millstone, Monmouth County. Northwestern Mutual provided the loan. Further financial terms were not disclosed.

G.S. Wilcox & Co. arranged $25.5 million in combined financing for two industrial properties: a 125,000-square-foot site in Hatfield, Pa., and more than 70,000-square-foot building in Wayne, Passaic County. Partner Bridget Wilcox and Principal Al Raymond arranged the financing, funded by two of the firm’s correspondent life insurance company relationships. The fully occupied Hatfield property was secured by a $10.5 million acquisition loan on a 16-year self-liquidating term at a highly attractive rate. In Wayne, the firm secured a $15 million loan for the single tenant Class A industrial warehouse. The $15 million loan was delivered with a three-year interest only loan at a highly competitive rate. G.S. Wilcox & Co. also arranged original construction financing for the property.
