WCRE said Oct. 15 it exclusively represented in the leasing of 14,714 square feet of office space in Moorestown from 236 Route 38 Associates LLC.

Located at 236 Route 38, Bancroft, the leading regional nonprofit provider of programs and services for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, selected the property to expand its administrative offices because of its proximity to all points throughout the Southern New Jersey region.
