Bayonne’s luxury Bay 151 opens final phase of leasing

The third and final phase of Bay 151 has opened, bringing another 212 luxury rental residences to Bayonne.
KRE Group announced the release of the collection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units Dec. 18. The debut brings Bay 151 to its full size, with 625 rental residences and 10,000 square feet of retail space situated on 16 acres.
New Jersey-based Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners designed the latest addition, a four-story building located at 225 Chosin Few Way. The residences feature stylish finishes and appointments as well as spacious layouts, natural light, new appliances and modern kitchens.
Bay 151 marked Jersey City-based KRE Group‘s first venture along the waterfront in Bayonne, and historically the community has attracted tenants.

Bay 151’s first two phases include more than 65,000 square feet of social and recreational spaces. The final rollout also includes new amenity spaces, such as a fitness center, a second outdoor pool and sundeck, more grills and outdoor seating, additional coworking spaces, a party room and a golf simulator.
Bay 151 is near the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail’s 45th Street station as well as a planned commuter ferry terminal with service to New York City. The property also operates a resident shuttle to and from the Grove Street PATH station in Jersey City. Nearby roadways include the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 78 and the Holland Tunnel.
Monthly rents at Bay 151 start from $2,169, net effective, based on a limited-time incentive of one month free on a 13-month lease, according to KRE Group. Immediate occupancy in available; you can learn more here.
