Beierle’s legal support for the bank includes corporate, regulatory, risk management and employment issues.
“Providing effective legal counsel to a bank the size and scope of ours requires very specific expertise and experience,” Kearny Bank President and CEO Craig Montanaro said in the hiring announcement. “I’m confident Cassia’s professional background fits well with our requirements, and look forward to her support and direction.”
According to her LinkedIn page, Beierle comes to Kearny from Short Hills-based Investors Bank, where she served as deputy general counsel for more than seven years. She was also a litigation associate with Netchert, Dineen & Hillmann, which has offices in Jersey City and Closter.
