Holy Name Medical Center added a new team of orthopedic specialists to its network, the Teaneck-based health care provider announced March 26.
With offices in Teaneck, Englewood and Closter, North Jersey Orthopaedic Specialists PA has served patients in Bergen County for more than six decades, according to Holy Name. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The expansion of Holy Name’s orthopedic offerings represent[s] a significant advancement in enhancing accessibility and quality for patients in the region,” Holy Name Chief of Orthopedic Surgery Dr. Dennis Pfisterer said in a statement.
The orthopedic specialists joining Holy Name are:
David Penn, physician assistant, also joins the Holy Name team.
North Jersey Orthopaedic Specialists’ offices are located at 730 Palisade Ave., Teaneck; 106 Grand Ave., Suite 230, Englewood; and 15 Vervalen St., Closter.
The addition is the latest in Holy Name’s expansion of its orthopedic offerings. In January, the health care provider announced a team led by Dr. Peter Iannuzzi performed the hospital’s first procedure using “an unparalleled tool” in orthopedic surgery: a custom 3D-printed bone implant.
