Eric Nodiff, executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, is retiring from Cantel Medical Corp. after 32 years with the company.
Little Falls-based Cantel announced Nodiff’s departure, effective July 31, on Wednesday with Jeff Mann appointed to succeed him as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective Aug. 1.
Mann was selected by the medical equipment company’s board of directors earlier this year after Nodiff gave notice he would retire at the end of Cantel’s fiscal year.
“Throughout his tenure, Eric worked tirelessly for all of our stakeholders and in the best interest of Cantel. He leaves a more resilient company, positioning us well for the future,” Charles Diker, chairman of the board, said in a prepared statement.
“I look forward to working with him [Mann] in his new role to support the next phase of Cantel’s development,” Diker added. “Eric has worked with Jeff since he joined the company to position him as a key counselor and contributor to the board, ensuring a seamless transition following Eric’s retirement.”
Mann joined Cantel in 2018. In the new position he will provide oversight for all legal matters including general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and Securities and Exchange Commission compliance. Prior to joining the company Mann held leadership positions at the Boston Scientific Corp. and served on the board of directors for Preventice Solutions, Cantel said.
