Curated food hall concept Wonder is making it easier to satisfy late-night cravings.
The chain began extended operating hours, to 5 a.m., at seven of its 27 outposts across New Jersey June 22. The rollout covers:
Founded by billionaire entrepreneur Marc Lore, Wonder allows customers to mix and match menu items from a collection of nearly two dozen acclaimed chefs and eateries in a single order. Everything is then made-to-order for delivery, pickup or limited dining in at its 100-plus locations across the Northeast.
According to a spokesperson, Wonder has also added late-night dining to select locations in other markets, such as New York City, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
In a news release announcing the expanded hours, the company said, “At a time when most late-night options are limited to fast food and pizza, Wonder offers customers access to a wide variety of high-quality, chef-crafted meals after midnight, including salads, steak, poke bowls, pasta, sandwiches, and more.”
Other menus available at Wonder include:
To support its goal of hitting 1,000 outposts by 2029, Wonder has raised more than $2 billion so far. The concept has its headquarters in New York City but also maintains an R&D facility in Parsippany.
