Upscale food hall chain Wonder is evolving its recently launched Indian comfort food concept to include a half dozen new items.

Dabba is set to begin a phased rollout of the following dishes this month:

• Cauliflower tikka roll
• Tandoori chicken panini
• Tandoori paneer panini
• Tandoori cauliflower panini
• Chicken tikka pizza
• Paneer tikka pizza

According to a Wonder spokesperson, the new menu items will debut June 17 in Parsippany, Hoboken, Livingston, New Providence, Randolph, Hackettstown and Wayne.

On June 24, they’ll arrive in Brick, Cresskill, Fort Lee, Hackensack, Middletown, Midland Park, Shrewsbury, Toms River, Westfield and Woodbridge.

Green Brook, Jersey City, Marlboro, North Brunswick and Springfield will begin offering the options July 3, Wonder said.

Spice it up

After introducing Dabba earlier this year in Parsippany, Wonder is working to add the concept to its footprint of 27 locations in New Jersey. Dabba will also land at Wonder’s sites across New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware and Washington, D.C.

Dabba was built around the idea of making Indian dishes more accessible and modern. Developed by Wonder’s team of chefs, the flavor-forward menu includes samosas, chicken tikka masala and lamb vindaloo.

At Wonder’s 100-plus locations, customers can mix-and-match menu items from a collection of nearly two dozen acclaimed chefs and eateries in a single order. Everything is then made-to-order for delivery, pickup or limited dining in.

To support its goal of hitting 1,000 outposts by 2029, Wonder has raised more than $2 billion so far. The concept founded by billionaire entrepreneur Marc Lore is headquartered in New York City but maintains an R&D facility in Parsippany.
