CBRE said March 10 announced that Mike Maloney and Tim Morris joined the firm as senior vice president and first vice president, respectively, and will both be based in Radnor, Penn. Maloney and Morris will partner together and focus on representing tenants and landlords in the greater Philadelphia region, as well as multi-market occupier accounts.
Maloney joins CBRE having spent 10 years at Newmark Knight Frank, most recently serving as managing director where he specialized in representing office and industrial tenants in the Philadelphia area and internationally. While at Newmark, he earned numerous industry recognitions. In 2020, Maloney was Newmark’s #2 producer in the greater Philadelphia region.
Morris also joins the firm from Newmark, where he served for seven years as an associate director specializing in representing office landlords and tenants within the suburban Philadelphia office market and on a national basis. Prior to Newmark, Morris spent three seasons playing minor league baseball in the Seattle Mariners organization.
“Despite a global pandemic and unprecedented challenges facing our industry, CBRE has continued to actively recruit top talent in the region,” said Adam Mullen, CBRE’s Greater Philadelphia market leader. “Both highly regarded in the commercial real estate industry and beyond, Mike and Tim bring years of experience to our market-leading advisory platform, including well-established client relationships and unmatched market knowledge.”
