After relocating to a new site in Rutherford, Cresa is maintaining its New Jersey momentum by expanding its local leadership team.

Jason Fray and Harlan Hollander come on board as managing principals and market leaders, according to ‘s May 15 announcement. They join existing New Jersey Managing Principals Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks.

According to the commercial real estate advisory firm, which exclusively represents occupiers, revenue in the Garden State outpost was up 48% last year. In moving its Bergan County office earlier in 2024, Cresa more than doubled its own office footprint. Looking ahead, the firm is focused on continuing that expansion.

“As Market Leaders, Harlan and Jason will continue the development and execution of the firm’s growth strategy and operations throughout the state while recruiting to build on Cresa’s existing presence in Rutherford,” said Cresa President Greg Schementi.

The March office announcement also introduced two new team members. Cresa has operated in the market for more than 25 years.

Longtime partners Fray and Hollander bring two decades of experience to Cresa. Most recently, the pair was with Savills and previously with Cushman & Wakefield. According to Cresa, their practice covers local and multi-market office and industrial occupiers across a range of industries, such as financial services, legal and manufacturing.

Gralla and Marks commented, “This joint endeavor will bring a dynamic rise in client engagements, increase our market share, and help attract new talent to our collaborative culture and team.”

In a statement, Fray and Hollander signaled they were ready for the task at hand.

“Cresa’s occupier-focused full-service platform reinforces our core values as a team,” they said. “We look forward to continuing the unprecedented growth of the New Jersey office through focused talent acquisition and service enhancement, boosting the brand.”
