Crossings at Raritan Station came to market in the middle of 2021, offering luxury living to renters in Raritan adjacent to the city’s train station.
Formerly an underutilized property in disrepair, the collection of 276 residences at 59 Second Ave. is now a home, hitting 100% leased, Accurate Builders & Developers announced May 4.
“Our vision for Crossings at Raritan Station was of a community that offers residents a well-balanced lifestyle with stylish living spaces, thoughtfully-designed amenities and a convenient, suburban location, and that’s exactly what we delivered,” said Accurate President and CEO Jack Klugmann in a prepared statement.
His firm tapped The Marketing Directors to oversee the successful leasing program, which launched in May of last year. Its third and final phase of residences were introduced in November.
“It’s notable that we opened in the middle of a pandemic, when very few people were commuting by train, and we still appealed to a wide range of residents,” Klugmann added.” We’re proud that this community will continue to be an important asset for the borough of Raritan for years to come.”
In addition to the train station, Crossings at Raritan Station offers accessibility via a number of major roadways, with proximity to entrances to Interstates 287 and 78, along with Routes 202, 206, 28 and 22. But that’s not to say that there aren’t plenty of retail and dining options within reach, either in Raritan’s own downtown, or at that of bustling Somerville just a mile away.
