Crumbl Cookies, the popular fast-growing cookie chain, is continuing its expansion across the Garden State.

On Dec. 8, Crumbl will open the doors of its ninth bakery in New Jersey, located on Route 9 in Manalapan.

The new Manalapan Crumbl Cookies location is being franchised and operated by husband-wife team Karen and Darrell Doucette.

The new, locally owned shop, which is being franchised and operated by husband-wife team Karen and Darrell Doucette, will have a grand opening week menu featuring six of the bakery’s 200-plus flavors, including Crumbl’s award-winning milk chocolate chip cookie.

Crumbl Cookies, which offers a variety of warm and chilled soft-baked cookies, is known for its weekly rotating menu of dessert-inspired specialty flavors, such as cornbread, cookies & cream, s’mores, key lime pie, peppermint bark, caramel popcorn, buttermilk pancake and brownie.

“As local business owners, we are looking forward to sharing delicious cookies with our neighbors,” the Doucettes – who described themselves as “cookie enthusiasts” – said in a joint statement.

Aside from giving customers a place to satisfy their sweet tooth, Crumbl is providing more than 75 jobs to locals, the company noted.

The new shop, which is located at 55 Route 9, Suite 300, will be open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays and from 8 a.m. to midnight weekends.

After starting as a collaboration between two cousins in Utah five years ago, the chain has expanded to 36 states and nearly 300 locations. Within New Jersey, Crumbl has stores in Cherry Hill, Clark, Holmdel, Morris Plains, North Brunswick, Ocean, Princeton and Union.
