Crumbl Cookies is coming soon Princeton, the fast-growing cookie chain’s seventh bakery in the Garden State.

Located at Nassau Park Pavilion, the newest shop will officially open Oct. 14 after an 8 a.m. ribbon cutting ceremony.

, which offers a variety of warm and chilled soft-baked cookies, is known for its weekly rotating menu of dessert-inspired specialty flavors, such as pumpkin roll, salted caramel cheesecake, confetti, brownie batter, pink sugar and red velvet.

What began in 2017 as a collaboration between two cousins in Utah has expanded to 36 states and nearly 300 locations.

Within New Jersey, the chain has bakeries in Cherry Hill, Clark, Morris Plains, Holmdel, Union and Ocean Township.

The Princeton spot is being opened by Jericho and Emily Pacho, a husband-and-wife team who live locally.

“I worked in Princeton for over a decade and absolutely loved it. It’s a fantastic area with a diverse community that loves supporting their local businesses which is what influenced us to open Crumbl Cookies in Princeton,” said Jericho Pacho. “We’re very excited to connect with everyone here and provide them with a deliciously unique experience.”

“Without a doubt our excitement to open the store has also grown because of the local community,” Emily Pacho said. “They have continued to show their support throughout this last year while we’ve had to delay the store opening due to permit issues and COVID delays.”

She added, “We can’t wait to bring the community together in such a sweet way.”

Crumbl Cookies Princeton at Nassau Park Pavilion, 650 Nassau Park Blvd., will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. each Friday and Saturday, and closed on Sundays.
