Fresh baked home delivery cookie bakery Crumbl Cookies is set to open its first North Jersey location in Clark, which marks its second in New Jersey.

The new location will open at 1255 Raritan Road in the Clark Commons Shopping Center on March 11.

“We are so excited to bring Crumbl to Clark, New Jersey and hope the local residents love these cookies as much as we do,” said Crumbl CEO and co-founder Jason McGowan. “We love the traditional flavors, but also like to surprise our customers with new and fun concepts. My personal favorite is the raspberry cheesecake cookie. Our cookies are great for sharing with family members and friends, and even treating yourself! We offer unique gifting and catering options as well.”

Cookies at each Crumbl location are mixed, baked and prepared fresh in an open kitchen.

The Clark location is owned by Utah-based investor and entrepreneur Earl Koskie, who said he’s “really excited to bring” the experience of fresh, home-delivery cookies to Clark.

“Having our customers see every cookie being made is one of the best experiences of our stores,” said Chief Operating Officer and co-founder Sawyer Hemsley. “Each ingredient is carefully chosen to provide customers with the highest quality cookie on the market.”

Clark Crumbl’s grand opening week menu will contain six of its 120-plus rotating weekly flavors. Some of the Crumbl specialty cookies include: Cornbread, Cookies and Cream, S’Mores, Key Lime Pie, Peppermint Bark, Orange Roll, Buttermilk Pancake and Galaxy Brownie.

Crumbl is is the midst of a period of rapid growth, with 100 additional locations slated to open in the coming year. What began in 2017 as a collaboration between two cousins in Utah has expanded to 36 states and nearly 300 locations.

Crumbl in Clark will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. each Friday and Saturday, and will be closed on Sundays.
