Crumbl Cookies is making its Somerset County debut.
Located at Chimney Rock Crossing in Bridgewater, the fast-growing cookie boutique cookie franchise is set to begin welcoming customers May 17.
The chain is known for its weekly rotating menu of dessert-inspired specialty flavors of warm and chilled soft-baked cookies, such as peanut butter banana, pink velvet cake, lemon poppy seed, raspberry cheesecake and chocolate cake.
Since its founding seven years ago in Utah, Crumbl has expanded to more than 1,000 bakeries across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
Within New Jersey, the chain’s footprint includes North Brunswick, Cherry Hill, Brick, Holmdel, Manalapan, Princeton, Mount Laurel, Ocean Township, Rockaway Township, Mays Landing, Morris Plains, Clark and Union.
Crumbl Cookies in Bridgewater will be open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and closed Sundays.
Starting May 22, delivery, curbside pickup and catering will be available via the Crumbl app or at crumblecookies.com. DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub also provide delivery services for the new shop.
Between May 20 and June 16, customers who download the Crumbl app and use the code NJBRDGWTR will receive one free chocolate chip cookie.
At Chimney Rock Crossing, Crumbl joins a food lineup that includes Paris Baguette, Blaze Pizza, The Habit Burger Grill and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
This summer, wholesome fast-casual eatery honeygrow also expects to open at the shopping center.
