CushWake sets up long-term leases at The Meadows in Rutherford

Kumon North America and Northstar Travel Media have signed on at The Meadows in Rutherford.
Cushman & Wakefield arranged the leases at the two-building, 600,000-square-foot trophy property located at 201/301 Route 17 N, the firm announced March 23.
The landlord, American Landmark Properties, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield‘s Curtis Foster and Jerry Shifrin in both transactions.
“We successfully pre-leased this space six months prior to it becoming available to two large, great credit companies that we are thrilled to welcome to the building,” Foster said in a statement. “Both groups took advantage of the great existing conditions which allows for a best-in-class tenant experience.”
Kumon will occupy 21,651 square feet on the building’s 12th floor, while Northstar will cover 21,651 square feet on the floor below.
According to a statement from Shifrin, building ownership continues to invest “heavily” in the building. Recent updates at The Meadows include a state-of-the-art conference center, new lobbies, and a renovated fitness center and building cafeteria.
