Luxury real estate brand Engel & Völkers relaunched its Hoboken and Jersey City presence under the leadership of Lisa Troyano-Ascolese – an award-winning and experienced New Jersey real estate professional, who will now serve as the sole owner, license partner, and broker of record for the brand’s Hoboken location.

Troyano-Ascolese takes over for her late mentor, Nicholas Costantino, who launched Engel & Völkers Hoboken in 2015.

Under Troyano-Ascolese’s leadership, Engel & Völkers will continue to service home buyers and sellers in the areas of Hoboken, Jersey City, New Jersey’s Gold Coast and Bergen County.

The new Engel & Völkers Hoboken shop is located in Hoboken’s uptown neighborhood at 1321 Washington St., surrounded by restaurants, doorman buildings and transportation to New York City.

Troyano-Ascolese, who leads the myHOMEboken Real Estate Team, will be launching Engel & Völkers Hoboken with a select group of experienced real estate advisors, along with a focused talent attraction plan to grow slowly and be highly discerning in hiring new advisors for the shop. Among heated competition in her market, Troyano-Ascolese has cultivated a unique value proposition during her career as an Engel & Völkers advisor.
