McElroy Deutsch promotes D’Aprile to partner

About him

Daniel D’Aprile Jr. has been promoted to partner in the Hartford, Conn., office of McElroy Deutsch. D’Aprile is a member of the firm’s Transactional group, where he focuses his practice on corporate and commercial transactions, including commercial mortgage loan transactions for lenders and borrowers, property acquisitions and sales, and leasing transactions involving industrial, commercial and multi-family properties. D’Aprile represents lenders in all aspects of their commercial loan transactions, from loan commitment through closing. He also has substantial experience representing buyers and sellers in mergers and company purchase and sale transactions and counsels businesses in connection with entity formation, governance, commercial issues and financing transactions.

D’Aprile is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and served on the Young Lawyers Section Executive Committee as chair to the Business Law section for the 2019-2020 term. Prior to joining the firm, D’Aprile clerked in the Connecticut Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford. He is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University and received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Hartford.
