McElroy Deutsch promotes Kehoe to partner

About him

Mark Kehoe has been promoted to partner in the Philadelphia, Pa., office of McElroy Deutsch. Kehoe is a member of the firm’s Commercial group, handling commercial litigation matters and the defense of personal injury and property damage claims. His practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes and defending parties against claims for professional, premises, motor vehicle and construction liability.

Kehoe is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Following graduation from law school, Kehoe clerked for the Honorable Rudolph Rossetti of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden.

Kehoe is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania Federal District Courts and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
