Powelczyk named senior portfolio manager for Fulton Bank

About her

Michele Powelczyk joined Fulton Bank in August 2022 as a senior portfolio manager. She brings 29 years of commercial banking experience to the bank, having served in various roles in commercial credit.

In her new role, Powelczyk will manage portfolios and credit relationships through underwriting, policy knowledge, credit structuring and risk assessment in complex credit request packages for businesses in the Southern New Jersey market. She is will also be responsible for helping her team achieve sales results and portfolio growth.

For the past six years, Powelczyk served as senior vice president/senior portfolio manager at Ocean First Bank and previously worked as senior vice president/credit risk officer and credit officer at Cape Bank/Colonial Bank. In addition, she has held various positions in Commercial Credit at Sun Bank, United Jersey Bank and Newfield Bank.

Powelczyk earned a Bachelor of Arts in business finance from Stockton University. She is based in Williamstown.
