About him
Phillip Romero has been promoted to partner in the MetroPark office of Grant Thornton LLP. Romero primarily serves technology-enabled companies and media and entertainment clients. His clients are both private and publicly traded companies, and he has extensive experience with accounting issues related to revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, business combinations and debt/equity transactions.
Romero is a CPA in both Massachusetts and New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA. He also serves on a school board of a local K-12 private school and coaches youth soccer, basketball and football in his local community.
