About her
Virginia Shea has been promoted to partner in the Morristown office of McElroy Deutsch. Shea works in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring group, as well as the Labor and Employment group. She has litigated complex cases in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, including chancery and appellate divisions, focusing on bankruptcy law, employment law, commercial law, contract law, insurance coverage, ERISA and tax appeals.
Shea graduated from the University of Illinois (magna cum laude, finance) and received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York, and the District Courts of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
