Accounting

Lawrence B. Goodman & Co., an accounting firm in Fair Lawn, welcomed Susan Jacobs as a tax manager.

Jacobs, a seasoned tax and accounting professional, has experience with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. She has a broad background in individual, partnership and corporate tax accounting, as well as a wealth of experience working with all levels of clientele.

Monika Kapuscinski is joining Bederson LLP’s Fairfield office alongside Kayla Roney and Saverina Cannici.

Kapuscinski, a graduate of Montclair State University, was brought into Bederson’s tax department. Prior to Bederson, she worked as a tax consultant at FTI Consulting Inc. 

Roney was added to the firm’s accounting and auditing department. She graduated from the University of Scranton with a bachelor’s in accounting and has worked as an intern tax preparer in Scranton. 

Cannici is another addition to the accounting and auditing department.  The Rutgers alumna formerly held a position at Savastano, Kaufman & Co.

Citrin Cooperman hired John Bonelli as general counsel of the Livingston accounting, tax and advisory services firm.

Bonelli joins the firm with nearly 15 years of experience working as in-house counsel and, prior to that, as a practicing attorney in New Jersey law firms. He will principally be working in Citrin Cooperman’s New York City base.

Architecture

FVHD Architects Planners, which provides of a full range of architectural services in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, promoted Joseph Como to associate of the firm.

Como, a registered architect in New Jersey, has more than 15 years of experience working on public and educational facilities. Recently, he completed renovations to the Hillsborough No. 3 Fire Station and is currently working on security additions and renovations at facilities for Marlboro Township Public Schools.

Manufacturing

Stella Blasse was hired by FSR, a Woodland Park manufacturer of infrastructure products for the audio/video, education, hospitality, government and religious markets.

Blasse, the company’s new strategic accounts manager, offers more than 10 years of experience working in customer service and sales within the AV industry, including more than six years of inside/outside sales and support.

Real estate

Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford promoted Jules J. Nissim to the position of executive vice president. This marks his second advancement in a year, after he achieved the title of executive director early in 2014.

An industrial transaction and landlord representation specialist, Nissim joined the commercial real estate services firm in 1990. He focuses on corporate assignments in New Jersey and throughout the United States as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions Group.

Chris Gardyasz was hired as a leasing representative by Levin Management, a leading retail real estate services firm.

In his new role at the North Plainfield-based firm, Gardyasz will be responsible for leasing and marketing activities at the Fairlane Village Mall in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. The former United Real Estate associate will be calling on almost 10 years of commercial and residential real estate industry experience.

Teleservices

Mahwah-based DialAmerica, a teleservices company, added Richelle Litteer as vice president, business development.

Litteer previously spent more than a decade with the company and was a top revenue generator specializing in financial institutions, health care and telecommunications clients. Overall, she has 35 years of marketing, sales and management experience.

In the interim between her departure from DialAmerica and return, Litteer served as senior development officer at the UMC Foundation.
