The resort features two hotels, six championship golf courses, 10 dining venues including Restaurant Latour, a world-class wine cellar, and approximately 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space. South Street’s strategy
South Street said the acquisition aligns with its strategy of investing in destination resorts within driving distance of major metropolitan areas. We are excited to welcome this iconic Resort as our first New York metropolitan area property in our portfolio.”
