Financial services firm Harding Loevner extended its 40,110-square-foot lease in Somerset County.

Avison Young announced the agreement at Bridgewater Crossing Nov. 30, where the tenant occupies the entire fourth floor, crediting proactive measures taken by the landlord to upgrade and renovate the two-building Class A office complex located at 200-400 Crossing Blvd.

AY Principal William McCaffrey represented Alexander Property Holdings, the landlord, while the Harding Loevner was represented by JLL.

Avison Young has represented tenants at Bridgewater Crossing for more than 15 years.

The complex is comprised of 600,000 square feet situated on 20.39 acres. They offer a full-service cafeteria, café, fitness center, conference center, covered parking, helipad, security and landscaped grounds. Avison Young said renovations are ongoing to common areas.

There are multiple retail, recreation and hotel accommodations nearby, in addition to access to roadways including Route 22, Routes 202 and 206 and Interstates 287 and 78.
