Ioannis Athanasopoulos, Nicole Crowley and Reshma Khanna were elevated to partner at Goldberg Segalla in Newark, effective Jan. 1.
Athanasopoulos, a member of the firm’s workers’ compensation and construction litigation departments, counsels employers, insurers and third-party administrators in matters related to workers’ compensation and defends them before the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Crowley litigates in district court, small claims and contract matters for major corporations and small businesses, insurers and national trucking companies. Her experience spans across a wide variety of insurance and general liability matters.
Khanna is a member of the firm’s corporate services and commercial litigation, employment and labor, and management and professional liability groups. She defends employers in litigation in state and federal courts as well as federal, state and city agencies, and provides preventive counseling to insurers, employers, corporate boards and management.
The three new partners are part of a group of 24 elevated across Goldberg Segalla’s 22 offices.
“All of the members of our nationwide community congratulate our newest partners and special counsel,” said Richard Cohen, Goldberg Segalla managing partner in a prepared statement. “These attorneys embody the very high standard that we set for ourselves and each other: to be excellent professionals, and even better human beings.”
