Luxurious living options continue to spring up along the Hudson River waterfront. Like in Weehawken, designed to draw renters by bringing the nautical nature of its location to the property’s overall lifestyle.

Family-owned Hartz Mountain Industries commenced leasing for the distinctive 262-unit property at 100 Harbor Blvd. last week. According to the company, Point is envisioned as the neighborhood’s “definitive upscale address.” To craft the ultimate hybrid experience, the property also includes coworking space.

Hoboken Point is situated on the northern border of Hoboken in Weehawken’s Lincoln Harbor enclave. There, water surrounds the residential building on two sides. CetraRuddy designed the dual sculptural towers, which rise 15 stories from a landscaped amenity podium that cascades down to the shore.

Throughout its 17,000 square feet of amenities, and residences, interiors at take inspiration from the concept of an “urban marina” to evoke the ambience of a luxury yacht.

“In an era where hybrid work models redefine the way we live and work, the concept of home has taken on a new significance,” said President and COO Gus Milano. “It’s now more critical than ever to provide an elevated at-home environment that balances work, wellness and leisure. Offering a condo-style living experience in rental form, complete with a cohesive array of hotel-inspired amenities, Hoboken Point rises to this challenge, setting a new standard in contemporary living for New Jersey’s vibrant Gold Coast.”

‘A beacon of excellence’

Units at Hoboken Point range from studios to two-bedroom-plus-den layouts. All feature premium condo-level finishes, according to Hartz Mountain. Each home includes floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson River and Hoboken. Find more details in our slideshow, above.

“Hoboken Point’s sculpted form creates a beacon of excellence on the shoreline while curating a waterfront lifestyle that reflects the vibrancy of its location,” said John Cetra, founding principal, .

Secaucus-based Hartz Mountain said its 17,000-plus square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities will surpass the per-resident ratio boasted by other area rentals. The centerpiece is Work Lab, a nearly 5,200-square-foot private coworking space features panoramic views. Additionally, the space offers residents private conference rooms, tech-enabled video conferencing and an outdoor terrace.

In addition to a fitness center and yoga room, the building also features a screening room with library, a package room and a dog park.

Lincoln Harbor enclave

Lincoln Harbor is a 60-acre waterfront section with a live-work-stay-play atmosphere. The area is home to a Whole Foods Market, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Chart House, the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel and more.

The region also has an expansive public park system, including a dog park; the Weehawken Pier (with kayak and fishing docks); and Lincoln Harbor Park, which hosts the Hudson Riverfront Performing Arts Center’s popular free summer concerts series.

Hartz Mountain pointed to the property’s location, just a ferry ride away from Hudson Yards.

Beyond the 6-minute waterway ride to Midtown Manhattan, the neighborhood is adjacent to the Lincoln Tunnel and a NJ Transit bus stop. Meanwhile, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail is one block away offering connection to the PATH System.

For pedestrians, Hoboken Point is located directly on the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. The 18.5-mile public walkway runs south from the George Washington Bridge to Hoboken, Liberty State Park in Jersey City and Bayonne.

Greystar is exclusive leasing agent and property management firm for Hoboken Point. Pricing begins at $3,105 for a studio residence.
