The company formed by the merger of a Bedminster-based health care cost and payment solutions firm with three other businesses has a name: Zelis Healthcare.Premier Healthcare Exchange and its Pay-Plus Solutions subsidiary teamed up with Georgia-based Stratose and GlobalCare earlier this year to form a new health care payment solutions company.
“Our new name, Zelis Healthcare, is a reflection of our zeal to deliver exceptional value,” Doug Klinger, CEO, said in a prepared statement. “The name is based on four attributes that partners and clients consistently use to define our organization. We are known to be genuine in our partnerships, tenacious in the pursuit of solutions that deliver client value, impassioned about producing results that exceed expectations and innovative in our approach to fulfilling client needs.
“With our four companies united as one company and brand, we can deliver greater efficiencies and savings, more actionable insights and even greater results.”
The company will have three operating divisions, it said this week in its news release.
Klinger’s executive team will include those three division presidents, plus Chief Revenue Officer Terry Harris; Chief Information Officer Meridith Herdes; Chief Financial Officer Robert Hemmer; Chief Marketing Officer Leo Garneau; and Chief Human Resource Officer Matt Hintz.
