Teaneck-based Holy Name added three new positions to its roster: a chief marketing officer as well as two vice president roles, the health system announced Jan. 9.
As its first CMO, Suzanne Tammaro will oversee Holy Name’s Marketing and Communications Department, prioritizing digital integration strategies and clinical service marketing to enhance brand reputation and drive patient volume.
Tammaro joins Holy Name after serving as vice president of marketing and communications at Maimonides Health, where she spearheaded the redesign of the integrated marketing team, according to the health network.
Prior to Maimonides, Tammaro held executive positions with SolutionHealth, Southern New Hampshire Health, Kelley Habib John Brand & Beyond, Caritas Christi Health Care and Brockton Hospital, according to her LinkedIn profile, which also states she earned her bachelor’s in journalism from Boston University.
For the new vice president positions, Holy Name welcomed back a team member and elevated another. Cynthia Ziegler has taken on the role of vice president of revenue cycle management, while Donald Ecker was promoted to vice president of integrated services.
Ziegler will be responsible for Holy Name’s revenue cycle, including patient access, the call center, billing and collections, for the health system and the physician network. She will also be charged with streamlining processes across departments and improving integration.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Ziegler comes to Holy Name from Modivcare, where she held the same role. In addition to positions with companies such as Montefiore Health System and Deloitte, Ziegler previously spent five years with Holy Name in another revenue cycle role, according to LinkedIn.
Previously executive director of supply chain management at Holy Name, Ecker will now be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the enterprise scheduling application throughout the health system. According to his LinkedIn profile, Ecker has been with Holy Name for almost 11 years, having previously worked for companies such as Deloitte, Navigant Consulting and the SmartPill Corp.

Holy Name’s new graduate medical education program recently earned initial accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
