Information Strategies Learns to 'Tangoe'

Biz Around the StateInformation Strategies Group Inc. in Parsippany, a provider of expense processing services for telecommunications companies, says it has combined with Tangoe Inc., an Orange, Conn.-based provider of communications expense-management software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Information Strategies Group (ISG) will operate as a division of Tangoe, which also has offices in Hoboken and Austin, Texas.

ISGÂs Parsippany, New York City and San Francisco offices will remain open. Its managing directors, George Germano and Brian Leigh, will respectively serve as senior vice president of billing solutions and senior vice president of business development for the new division under Tangoe.
