The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area will host the annual IOREBA Developer’s Night this month, exploring the timely topics of Tariffs and Taxes.

The March 31 networking event at the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck will feature a panel presentation on the night’s theme with a stacked lineup of speakers.

Industry executives offering insights as part of the Tariff and Taxes discussion include:

• Moderator: Chris Murphy, partner, Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP
• Alan Lambiase, director of sales and leasing, River Terminal Development
• Chris Venezia, director of LSRP services, ESA Environmental Consultants
• Wesley Wilcox, partner, G.S. Wilcox & Co.
• Joe Nitti, managing partner, Commercial Real Estate Partners

The event runs from 5-9 p.m. Cocktails and networking will take place from 5-6:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner as well as the evening’s presentation.

“IOREBA’s Developer Night is the highlight event of the year for the New Jersey commercial real estate industry and the panel topic ‘Tariffs and Taxes’ is certainly relevant in the current environment,” said IOREBA President Kurt Kalafsky, principal and CTO at Aztec Corp.

One of the nation’s largest regional commercial real estate organization of its kind, IOREBA is also the oldest industrial and office real estate brokers association in the U.S., according to the group. Its membership comprises more than 250 members who do business in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
