ORBCOMM Inc., a provider of M2M and IoT solutions, announced Tuesday that JLG Industries Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company, has selected ORBCOMM to provide an end-to-end telematics platform for its global fleet of aerial work platforms.ORBCOMM Inc., a provider of M2M and IoT solutions, announced Tuesday that JLG Industries Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company, has selected ORBCOMM to provide an end-to-end telematics platform for its global fleet of aerial work platforms.

ORBCOMM’s solution will provide wireless connectivity along with hardware and a web platform for asset management. The solution will be available through a mobile app, allowing customers to manage their aerial equipment in real time from any mobile device.

JLG began rolling out ORBCOMM’s solution in the first quarter of 2017 to pilot customers.
