Juice bar opens first NJ location in Lawrenceville

Cold press juice and smoothie bar chain Pure Green opened its first New Jersey location at the Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville on Oct. 23.
Husband and wife franchisee duo Nick and Theresa Centofante saw a need for all-natural and immunity boosting quick-serve food options due to the pandemic.
“We are passionate about health and wellness, and are thrilled to partner with Pure Green on this venture,” Theresa Centofante said. “We look forward to delivering the brand’s nutritious product mix to our friends, family and members of the community.”
The opening of Pure Green in Lawrenceville, dubbed Pure Green Princeton, is part of a plan to grow the brand’s national footprint with 50 new stores across the U.S., which includes locations in Miami and Boca Raton, Fla. and Atlanta.
The Lawrenceville location is the only New Jersey location announced thus far.
