Westfield Garden State Plaza is kicking off the summer with a new addition to its retail lineup.

Popular jewelry retailer Kendra Scott opened a 1,400-square-foot space May 26 at the Paramus shopping mall, unveiling the brand’s newly revamped store concept.

Located on Level 2 near Neiman Marcus, the store features Kendra Scott’s unique color bar and on-site engraving machine, offering shoppers an interactive experience to create customized pieces in minutes and leave with it in hand.

Kendra Scott is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. It offers curbside pickup and buy online, pickup in-store services.

Launched in 2002, Kendra Scott is known for its fashion, demi-fine and fine jewelry; watches; and engagement rings, along with home accessories and a men’s collection. The brand is a favorite of celebrities, such singer/TV personality Kelly Clarkson and actress Kristen Bell.

The Austin, Texas-based company has more than 130 namesake stores and pop-up locations across the U.S. It also sells through wholesale partners, which include Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and over 850 specialty boutiques.

Within New Jersey, Kendra Scott has another store at The Mall at Short Hills in Millburn.

In Paramus, the retailer will host a grand opening celebration from June 9 through 12, featuring community giveback events in support of several local charities, such as Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Northern NJ, Eva’s Village, Band of Parents and Bergen’s Promise. Throughout the weekend, guests will also receive a complimentary gift with purchase while supplies last.
