Kering Eyewear establishes N.J. headquarters in Somerset

Kering Eyewear has officially establish its first New Jersey-based headquarters in Somerset, according to SJP Properties.The luxury and high-end eyewear producer, designer and marketer signed 8,000 square feet at the Somerset Corporate Center II, a Class A office building.

Marc Tevisan, executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield, and Slava Vaynberg, director, represented Kering in the transaction. SJP Properties was represented in-house by Peter Bronsnick, senior vice president.

“In establishing a New Jersey headquarters, Kering Eyewear was seeking an office address that would provide a high-performance, world-class environment reflective of the company’s identity as a global luxury brand,” Steven J. Pozycki, founder and CEO of SJP Properties, said in a prepared statement. “As one of the state’s leading business centers, Somerset Corporate Center offers the state-of-the-art infrastructure needed to support Kering Eyewear’s local sales and administrative operations as the company continues to expand its presence.”
