Asbury Park-headquartered Moxie Strategies announced Nov. 18 a significant expansion of its team and geographic reach.

A majority women-, Black-, and LGBTQIA+-owned full-service agency, Moxie offers clients expertise in areas such as health care, energy, higher education, infrastructure and more.

Now, the firm is opening a new office in Midtown Manhattan – as well as doubling its team of practitioners.

Moxie promotions and additions include:

• Jeannine Frisby LaRue promoted to partner
• Tommy Meara promoted to partner; tapped to lead the New York office
• Megan Cryan joins as New Jersey State president and executive vice president of public affairs
• Sam Berman joins as senior vice president of campaigns
• Katy Zielinski hired as senior vice president of public affairs
• Siming Hsu joins as principal of client engagement
• Jackie LaBarbera named New York operations director
