NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, on Oct. 14 announced James Delmonte will take the role of vice president and director of research, while Raymond Peck and Edward Garcia will join the team as associates.
An established real estate consultant with more than 25 years of commercial real estate research experience, Delmonte’s new role will further bolster the NAI James E. Hanson team’s unparalleled local market knowledge. Delmonte’s analysis of macro and microeconomic conditions and the real estate market will provide NAI Hanson’s brokerage team and its clients with the data and insights they need to navigate Northern New Jersey’s hyper-competitive real estate market.
With a background in real estate research, analytics and economics, Delmonte’s work as a consultant included clients such as Colliers, Cherre, The Real Deal and Newmark Knight Frank.
Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson and his work as a consultant, Delmonte served as vice president of research at both JLL and Avison Young. He also served as director of research for Cushman & Wakefield from 1995 to 2006 and again from 2013 to 2015.
Also boasting a well-rounded resume, Peck brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to his new role with NAI James E. Hanson where he will work closely with Senior Vice President Joshua Levering, focusing on office sales and leasing in the northern part of New Jersey. Before joining the NAI James E. Hanson team, Peck held multiple advisory and sales roles at leading financial services firms including Wells Fargo, M&T Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Maverick Funding and First Financial Equities.
Garcia will work closely with Vice President Sigmund Schorr to manage transactions in the greater New Jersey and Pennsylvania regions. Garcia’s background spans various senior leadership roles in a diverse array of specialties including finance, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. With extensive experience in international business negotiations, he brings a unique skill set in leading projects and navigating complex transactions to his new role with NAI James E. Hanson.
