New Brunswick trophy apartment building sells for $112.5M

The Highlands at Plaza Square, a 415-unit Class A apartment building in downtown New Brunswick, has sold for $112.5 million, commercial real estate brokerage CB Richard Ellis announced Friday. The deal, which closed in late December, was the largest multifamily sales transaction in New Jersey in 2010.
