Brightcore Energy and Luminace announced a new, 6.6-megawatt portfolio of community solar projects here in the Garden State.

Eight commercial rooftops in the state, located in Fairfield and Montville, will receive installations.

Once operational, stakeholders expect the developments to generate nearly 8 megawatt hours of clean, sustainable electricity annually. In addition to the positive environmental impacts, the projects are also slated to provide clean energy benefits to low- and moderate-income residents, who will receive utility bill credits.
