More than 100 industry professionals joined Newark Regional Business Partnership for NRBP’s signature 2026 Real Estate market Forum. Taking place June 24 at 33 Washington St. in Newark, the program convened experts across development, planning, law, investment, engineering, the public sector and business.

This year’s event explored market trends, policy and development strategies shaping the Greater Newark region. “The Frictionless City”-themed forum offered insights to improve coordination across private, public and community stakeholders to accelerate development as well as advance equitable and inclusive growth.

  • Moderated by Anthony Borelli, senior vice president of planning & development at Edison Properties, the first of two panel discussions focused on the legal, financial and regulatory systems that underpin successful development projects.<br />
