NJBIZ is honoring more than 40 companies and organizations that are committed to supporting and elevating women employees.

Now in its second year, the – Companies Leading the Way awards program recognizes New Jersey-based organizations for their tangible and innovative efforts to advance women in the workplace and community.

To be eligible, companies must have 50% or more than 100 staff working in New Jersey. The honorees also were chosen based on their commitment to efforts such as:

  • Having a track record of recruiting, hiring and promoting women.
  • Offering a mentoring program for women.
  • Working toward systemic change in society to combat inequality.
  • Contributing to advancing the cause of women through outside philanthropic or community endeavors.

All the organizations will be honored Nov. 14 at a celebration at The DoubleTree by Hilton in Somerset as well as in a future edition of NJBIZ. Tickets to the gala are now available on the event page.

The presenting sponsor of this year’s program is Bank of America.

To learn more about this event and/or how to become a sponsor, please reach out to AnnMarie Karczmit at [email protected].

Congratulations to the 2024 Empowering Women honorees!
