A New Jersey-based organization made the top 10 on Newsweek‘s America’s Best Fertility Clinics 2026 list. 

Released April 22 in partnership with data analysis firm Statista, the rankings recognize 140 leading fertility clinics across 32 states and Washington, D.C. 

Only two Garden State clinics appeared this year. That marks a decline from the four that ranked in 2025. This is the fourth year Newsweek has compiled the list. 

To determine the findings, researchers evaluated each clinic based on quality metrics, reputation, accreditations and patient satisfaction. The quality metrics were derived from U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data. 

Newsweek said the top-performing clinics “combine clinical excellence with innovation.” 

“In 2026, fertility care is a high-tech frontier of AI and genomics. Fertility clinics are no longer a taboo subject, but rather a part of everyday life for Americans, with over 100,000 IVF births annually,” Alexis Kayser, Newsweek healthcare editor, said in a statement accompanying the ranking.  

New Jersey’s top fertility clinics, according to Newsweek:

• No. 8: RMA New Jersey, Basking Ridge 
• No. 135: Fertility Institute of New Jersey & New York, Oradell

In its announcement, IVI RMA North America noted that 10 of its clinics across the nation ranked this year. RMA Basking Ridge is the company’s headquarters location.

IVI RMA North America recently partnered with Costco and healthcare platform Sesame to make fertility treatment more accessible and affordable.
