Nearly everything about the business of has changed dramatically in recent years. The ubiquity of technology, the rise – and perhaps fall – of social media, the increasing prevalence of artificial intelligence, and the spread of misinformation all pose challenges for both advertisers and creative professionals.

Eric Schoenfeld and Al Navarro have lived those changes – first for agencies in New York and for past 22 years, with their own firm, Chester-based Mint Advertising. The firm has worked with a number of high-profile clients, including Kroger, Applebee’s, IHOP, Century21 and others. The two founders – Shoenfeld serves as CEO and Navarro as president – position the firm as providing high-quality, big-agency work with a low-key vibe.
