The NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design awards celebrate individuals and companies who are changing the commercial real estate landscape of New Jersey through development, design, construction, project management, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you submit this form, your nominee will receive a Phase II application form. Please be sure to have correct contact information listed for your nominee.

NOMINATION FEE: $50.00 (non-refundable)

Eligibility:
– Nominee must be licensed in the field in which you are nominating (if applicable)
– Nominees must work with/on Commercial Real Estate projects/properties including Mixed Use and Multi-Family (20 unit minimum), Warehouse, Educational Facilities, Transportation, etc.
– Nominees must live and work in New Jersey and nominee’s company must have a physical office in NJ (may be for profit or not for profit).
– Nominees may be self-nominated or nominated by another person.
– Nominees cannot be a member of the judges’ panel or member of the judges’ immediate family.
– Only one nomination per person/team/company will be scored by the judges. If multiple nominations are submitted, NJBIZ has the right to select which will continue on for judging. NJBIZ reserves the right to limit the number of honorees per company.
– If a nominee is chosen as an honoree, their participation is required at the event.
