This program recognizes women who have made a significant impact on business in New Jersey.

Winners will be recognized during an in-person awards ceremony and will also be highlighted in the Leading Women in Business event publication that will be featured in a future issue of NJBIZ.

Please note this program now has two categories:

– RISING STAR – Open to women age 29 or younger as of the event date; (click here for date info) who are up-and-coming leaders with high potential to one day fill senior-level roles and shape the future.
– LEADING WOMEN TRADITIONAL CATEGORY: All ages are eligible for this category. Age limits apply only to the Rising Star category. Your nominee may be under 30 and still be eligible for this category.

Eligibility:

Selection Criteria:
– Must be a woman employed and residing in New Jersey.
– Nominee’s company must have a physical office in NJ.
– May be self-nominated or nominated by another person.
– Nominees must hold a senior management-level position with significant authority in decision making. (Does not apply to Rising Star nominees)
– The nominee must be available to accept the award in person at the awards ceremony.
– NJBIZ reserves the right to limit the number of honorees per company.
– Honorees of the Leading Women in Business program from the past two years are not eligible for this program.
