Following the quick pace set by its first rental phase, a new luxury apartment offering in is celebrating the momentum made during the first month of availability for phase two.

On Dec. 28, , located in Jersey City’s West Side, said it has leased 75% of its phase two homes.

During the the initial offering at the property 145 residences were fully leased less than five months after opening. Phase two brings 68 additional homes to the section of the city located just west of Downtown.

“The West Side is broadening its appeal in Jersey City’s rental market by offering affordable luxury apartments in a vibrant urban neighborhood,” said Greg Russo, a principal with Fields Grade, which is developing The Agnes with Blumberg & Freilich Equities. “The Agnes has effectively tapped into the large pool of renters who are now turning their attention to this once-hidden residential treasure by offering attractively priced, upscale homes in a well-amenitized building in a location near a dynamic mix of restaurants, retail shops and cafés with great access to downtown Jersey City, Manhattan, and business and entertainment centers heading west.”

The Agnes, located at 132 Yale Ave., offers residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms with monthly rents starting from $1,765, including grand opening incentives of up to two months free on a 14-month lease.

Residences at The Agnes feature stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-home washers and dyers, plank flooring, custom closets and soft-close Matte Gray cabinetry. Select homes offer outdoor space, on top of more than 10,000 square feet of shared indoor and outdoor amenities. Those include a pool and landscaped courtyard, barbecues and dining areas outside. Inside, a club room, public and private workspaces, a fitness center, children’s playroom and more are available to residents.

According to The Agnes, planned street-level retail space will offer an onsite café with a residents-only lobby entrance.

The 273-acre Lincoln Park is nearby.
