The search committee is comprised of MCCC faculty, staff, students, board members, and key community and MCCC Foundation stakeholders.

Wang announced her decision to retire in September after six years at the helm of the college. She plans to retire in August 2022.

Members of the college community will have a chance to meet and learn more about the finalists at open forums in March. The finalists will be reviewed by the board of trustees, which will then select and hire the next president from that group.

For best consideration, applications and nominations should be received by Dec. 13. Semi-finalist interviews will begin Feb. 10.
