ReturnQueen – a Ramsey-based app that provides on-demand returns – is going nationwide.

Following its January 2021 launch, the first-of-its-kind app-based service – which handles the entire online returns process from doorstep pick-up to boxing to shipping – has been busy scaling up in key metropolitan areas, including New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia and Chicago, as well as its home state of New Jersey.

Now, ReturnQueen is available anywhere in the U.S., the company announced in a June 29 press release.

Daphna Englard, ReturnQueen’s co-founder and co-chief executive officer, said, “As a result of ReturnQueen’s heightened consumer demand across the U.S., we’re thrilled to now be able to offer our service to our customers nationwide.”

“At ReturnQueen, we’re not just a returns solution, we’re a full-service reverse logistics company with the mission to provide customers with the best possible returns experience to help save money and time. Our expanded offering will keep your returns stress-free, no matter where you are located across the United States,” said Englard, who founded the venture with co-Chief Executive Officer Dasya Katz after they noticed a void in the market for a company that provides such services.

For as little as $7 per pickup, $19 per month for unlimited pickups, or $99 per year for an annual membership, all members have to do is drop their items for return by their front door and one of ReturnQueen’s drivers will haul, pack, label and return all unwanted items back to the retailer.
