ZRG, a global talent advisory firm headquartered in Rochelle Park, announced Oct. 24 it now has a presence on five continents, thanks to its most recent office opening in Dubai. 

Natalie Sleiman – managing director and Europe, Middle East, and Africa lead for the firm’s Professional & Technology Services practice – will oversee the new location, which follows additional expansions in South America, Europe, the U.K. and Australia. 

In a statement, CEO Larry Hartmann called Dubai “a crucial financial and cultural hub.” 

Abe Doctor, managing partner and global professional & technology services practice group leader, added, “Natalie Sleiman brings an outstanding record of leadership in the tech sector to ZRG. Her knowledge of the business landscape of the Middle East will help our clients worldwide as we build in this vital market.” 

ZRG’s offerings now include organizational culture assessment, consulting and transformation through its Walking the Talk division, as well as leadership alignment and acceleration through its Brimstone Consulting division. The company serves clients in more than two dozen areas, including media, sports and entertainment, and more.

According to her LinkedIn profile, before joining ZRG in February, Sleiman served in leadership positions at the INSEAD National Alumni Association UAE for nearly five years. She also worked for Stanton Chase, Volkswagen Financial Services and GAPCorp, among other corporations.
